About Louise
Louise is a prize-winning woodwind doubler and orchestral clarinettist who graduated from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music in Dance in 2019 with the Wilfred Hambleton Prize for Excellence. Louise has the privilege of playing with many orchestras such as the Brighton Philharmonic Orchestra (bass clarinet/saxes) and London City Philharmonic (principal clarinet). Louise’s orchestral work has taken her to some of London’s finest music venues; the Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Cadogan Hall to name a few.
Most notably, Louise was recently a seat holder for the Drury Lane production of “Chess The Musical” and performed at West End Live 2022 at Trafalgar Square with the London Musical Theatre Orchestra. In addition, Louise also played in the 2020 production of A Christmas Carol at The Dominion in London’s West End. Recently, Louise has been a member of the Thursford Christmas Spectacular deputy orchestra.
Since 2012, Louise has had a love for teaching and has made a busy career out of that passion. She works as a private instrumental teacher and additionally serves as a peripatetic teacher in many local schools. Louise is also a Co-Founder of RISE Music Academy, a dedicated SEN music school.
